To ensure a safe and respectful environment for both our clients and our therapists, you agree to the following conditions:

  • Zero Tolerance Policy: Our services are strictly professional. Any form of harassment, inappropriate requests, misconduct, or solicitation of sexual favors will result in the immediate termination of the service without a refund. We reserve the right to take legal action in such instances.
  • Safe Environment: You must provide a clean, safe, and suitable environment for the therapist to perform the service.
  • Right to Refuse Service: Our therapists reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any point if they feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or if the client breaches these Terms.

3. Health and Medical Conditions

Before any treatment begins, it is your responsibility to inform the therapist of any existing medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or if you are pregnant. Zokarto Wellness is not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or complications resulting from undisclosed health conditions.

4. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to the availability of our therapists in your service area.
  • Prices for services are clearly listed on our platform and are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.
  • Payments must be completed through our accepted online payment gateways or authorized payment methods.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Your bookings are subject to our standard Cancellation and Refund Policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for detailed information on timeframes, fees, and processing times regarding canceled or rescheduled appointments.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zokarto Pvt Ltd and its affiliates, directors, employees, and contracted therapists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
